Terms and Conditions for Cavi Care Ltd
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Cavi Care website, www.cavicare.co.uk (“Website”), and any services or products provided by Cavi Care when you contact us by telephone at 07931515879 (“Telephone”).
By using the Website or contacting us by Telephone, or by paying a deposit for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
Cavi Care provides cavity wall and loft insulation removal services, as well as other related services. We will use reasonable efforts to perform the services in accordance with industry standards and applicable laws and regulations.
2. Payment and Deposits
We will provide you with a quote for the cost of the services, which may include a breakdown of any additional costs or expenses, such as travel expenses, equipment rental fees, or disposal fees.
2.1. Deposits Paid: A deposit, as specified in your quote, is required at the time of booking to secure the date and cover the non-recoverable costs associated with planning and securing resources for your job. These costs, which the deposit is intended to cover, include but are not limited to:
- Initial pricing, inspection, and quoting the job.
- Administrative costs (staff time, processing fees).
- Financial losses incurred from work turned down due to the date and team being reserved for your specific job (loss of opportunity cost).
- Plant hire/equipment rental costs.
- Materials purchased or allocated for the job.
- Fuel costs incurred for travel to and from the site.
After the deduction of all or any of the above, the remaining amount would be refunded, returned to the customer up on receiving written notice of cancellation of appointments or works due to commence.
2.2. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the quote is due upon satisfactory completion of the work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.3. Cancellation: The deposit is non-refundable, but after costs, should there be any remaining amount then this will be refunded, for a further explanation of what your deposit covers, please see Clause 2.1. All cancellations must be made in writing to be valid, and must be sent to one of the following addresses:

- Email Address: cancel@cavicare.co.uk If you cancel the services, we reserve the right to retain the deposit in full to cover the costs incurred up to the point of cancellation.
2.4. Bank Disputes and Chargebacks: In the event of a payment dispute, chargeback, or claim initiated by the customer with their bank or payment provider regarding a deposit paid, these Terms and Conditions will be provided as evidence. Cavi Care will also provide any other relevant supporting documentation, which may include financial loss records, customer enquiry details, and works schedules, to support our reasons for retaining the non-refundable deposit as stipulated in Clause 2.1.
3. Guarantees and Warranties
3.1. Clearance Guarantee: Cavi Care guarantees up to 95% clearance of the existing cavity wall insulation. If this minimum clearance level is not achieved during the initial service, we are happy to reattend the property, free of charge, within a six-month period following the original date of service completion to rectify any clearance issues.
